Purpose:

• To establish a calendar yearly for the Anglican Women’s Empowerment (AWE);
• Create and develop the organization’s agenda/s;
• Maintain communications links;
• To steer and motivate the Working Groups of the AWE;
• To motivate and help develop the mechanisms for the full participation of Anglican women in this process;
• To lobby and champion the ‘cause for the empowerment of women’ within the Anglican power Communion as well as through outside economic, political and social sources;
• To represent the AWE and take the lead in fund raising.
