PYE '07 "Choose the Better Part"

WHO:
PYE ‘07 is for those who have completed 9th-12th grade and their adult sponsors. (For those in home school, please contact Kathy.) Our “space available” is the only limit on the number of participants each diocese may bring.In all cases the majority of participants must be youth.  The adult participants must be at least two years out of high school and must reflect the gender make-up of the group. The standard for youth-to-adult ratio: 3-10 youths - 2 adults (if male and female participants, then 1 male and 1 female adult), 11-15 youth - 2-3 adults, 16-20 youths - 3-4 adults, 21-25 youths - 4-5 adults, 26-30 youth - 5-6 adults. The make-up of the group should also reflect the cultural, ethnic, and economic diversity of the diocese.  Adults should meet all diocesan norms/standards for working with young people.

COST:
$295.00 (Includes room, board, and PYE ‘07 t-Shirt)  

LOCATION: Westminster College, Salt Lake City, UT  

TIME IT BEGINS: Registration begins at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 17th
First scheduled event is dinner at 5:30 p.m. Please no early arrivals.

TIME IT ENDS:
The event ends at noon on Sunday, July 22nd following our closing worship.  Please schedule airport departures after 2:00pm.  Lunch will be available on Sunday for those who have time to eat.  The last shuttle to the airport will leave at 1:00pm.

REGISTRATION:
Please fill out the entire registration form, including all necessary signatures from parents, diocesan youth coordinators, and bishops.
